Application

1️⃣ Filling Cosmetic Containers
Prevents spills, air bubbles, and product loss.

– Toners & hydrosols
– Facial serums
– Shampoos & conditioners
– Body oils & lotions

2️⃣ Dispensing Liquid raw materials

• Ideal for controlled dispensing of:
• Hydrosols (rosewater, witch hazel, lavender)
• Oils (castor, almond, jojoba etc)
• Lotions
• Solubilizers (PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil)
• Molten candle wax

How to Use It Properly

1. Sanitize the funnel with 70% alcohol or approved sanitizer.
2. Close the valve before filling.
3. Pour product into the funnel.
4. Position funnel over beaker or container.
5. Open valve slowly to control flow.
6. Close valve immediately after dispensing.

Note:
Always clean immediately after use to prevent residue buildup

Do not store products long-term in the funnel
