How to Formulate with Dead Sea Clay

Dead Sea mud is heat-sensitive and can lose minerals.
Add below 45°C.High Salts Create Emulsion Challenges
Because it contains natural salts, it can break emulsions or cause separation.
To avoid issues:
Use high-tolerance emulsifiers such as Emulsifying Wax NF, Olivem 1000, or BTMS
Add mud slowly while mixing
Avoid adding too much mud in formulas with high oil contentRequires a Preservative
Dead Sea mud contains water, so always add a broad-spectrum preservative such as:
Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin
Sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate
