Formulation Tips

• Excellent blending oil with castor, amla, sunflower oils, or squalane

• Add Vitamin E (0.2–0.5%) to slow oxidation

• Stable across pH (used in oil phase only)

Comedogenic Rating: Low (≈2) — generally suitable for acne-prone skin

Example: Lightweight Hair & Scalp Oil

• Apricot kernel oil — 50%

• Amla oil — 30%

• Yellow castor oil — 19.5%

• Vitamin E — 0.5%
