Where are you located?
Our shop is at Shop 55, Jeevanjee Gardens Shopping Mall, Nairobi.
Our laboratory is at Information House, 1st Floor, Left Wing Room F10, opposite Quickmart Afya Centre.

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.
For international orders, payment details will be provided upon confirmation.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be made. Please reach out to us immediately if you need assistance with your order.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi or Kenya?
Yes! We deliver locally and internationally. We ship through trusted courier partners within Kenya and via DHL for global deliveries.
How long does delivery take?
Within Nairobi: 1–2 business days.Outside Nairobi: 2–4 business days depending on your location.International: 7–14 business days depending on courier timelines.
Who pays customs or import duties for international orders?
Customers are responsible for any customs, VAT, or import fees applicable in their country.

Yes! We source high-quality ingredients from reputable global suppliers. Our ingredients are suitable for cosmetic formulation but must be handled according to recommended guidelines.
Are your ingredients ready-to-use?
Most of our ingredients are for formulation use only. They are not intended for direct skin application without proper formulation or dilution.
How can I learn how to use the ingredients?
We offer professional formulation training that teaches how to create creams, serums, shampoos, conditioners, and more. You can enroll through our website or contact us for upcoming training schedules.
Do you offer samples before purchase?
Yes, selected ingredients are available in small sample sizes for testing before bulk purchase.

You can rent the space to produce up to 100 kg per batch under guided conditions.

Do I need experience to hire the lab?
You should have basic formulation knowledge. However, we also offer lab assistance and supervision for beginners at an extra cost.
How do I book a training session?
Training bookings can be made online or via WhatsApp. Once confirmed, you’ll receive the class schedule, payment details, and course outline.
What types of training do you offer?
We provide courses in skincare, haircare, formulation chemistry, and business development for beauty brands. Training can be one-on-one or group-based.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the sensitive nature of cosmetic raw materials, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund after review.
Are training or lab booking fees refundable?
Training and lab hire payments are non-refundable once confirmed, but sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
